Peer Support

You're not alone in your grief. Connect with others who truly understand what you're going through. Our peer support groups and one-on-one connections provide safe, confidential spaces where you can share your story, listen to others, and find comfort in community.

Our Support Groups

Weekly Grief Circles

Join us every Wednesday evening for an open conversation with fellow survivors. These intimate gatherings create a judgment-free environment where you can express your feelings, ask questions, and receive support from people who've walked a similar path.

Schedule: Wednesdays, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM | Virtual and In-Person

Newcomer Welcome Sessions

If you're newly grieving, this is a great place to start. Our welcome sessions introduce you to our community, answer questions about how support works, and connect you with resources tailored to your specific situation.

Schedule: Saturdays, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM | Virtual

Specialized Support Tracks

We offer tailored support groups for specific needs: parents who've lost children, caregivers navigating responsibility, young adults processing loss, and those dealing with complicated grief. Each group is facilitated by trained volunteers with lived experience.

Schedule: Varies by track | Virtual and In-Person

One-on-One Support

Sometimes you need to talk one-on-one with someone who understands. Our volunteer peer counselors are trained survivors who provide confidential, compassionate support tailored to your unique situation. Whether you're struggling with specific grief challenges or just need someone to listen, we're here for you.

All conversations are confidential, free of charge, and can take place by phone, video, or in person, depending on your preference.

Short-Term Support

For those in acute crisis or dealing with specific challenges, we offer focused sessions to help you through the hardest moments.

Ongoing Companionship

Build a longer-term relationship with a peer counselor who gets to know your story and supports you through the journey of grief.
